The first piece ever created in The Family Jewels Collection. See “Our Story” for the full run down. Barong is a panther-like creature and character in Balinese mythology. He is the king of the spirits, leader of the hosts of good, and enemy of Rangda, the demon queen and mother of all Spirit Guarder’s. They represent the constant battle between light and dark. The ring’s frame has Barong’s Face hand carved into each side and is worn as good-luck. The rings underbelly has the and actual stencil of Bali island and is designed to be open with the stone close to the skin, as the Balinese believe if you cover it in with silver or any material, you block the healing energy of the stone from reaching you. Comes in Black Onyx or Rose Quartz
