All purchases are individually made to order.

There are no two pieces exactly the same and your order is made custom especially for you.

Please allow five business days production time for 925 sterling silver and eight business days for vermeil 18 carat gold pieces.

DELIVERIES WITHOUT SIGNATURE:

Should you request to have your order delivered without signature, please leave a note for our care team in your order notes.

We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorized delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.
