There is no creation in our range exactly the same.  No large production lines or factories, just our skilled master artisans working from our flagship store here in Bali.  With this in mind please allow 3-5 days plus postage for all 925 sterling silver orders and 5-8 days plus postage for all gold vermeil orders.Every jewel is created and specifically handmade to order, for you.Thanks Fam.

EXCHANGES:

Please make sure you are certain of the sizing and individual pieces you are purchasing as we do not accept exchanges for change of mind or sizing error on your part.

RETURNS:

Please be aware that we do not accept refund requests for online purchases due to a change of mind, while in-store purchases are non-refundable also. If you wish to initiate a return, kindly reach out to us via email at "support@familyjewels.boutique". We do have a life-time warranty with all our creations, to cover any manufacturing faults. We are not responsible however for general wear and tear or how you've used and treated your jewels. You will need to provide ample proof through photos and descriptions.

Once your item is returned, we will replace it with a brand new version of the same product.

JEWELLERY WARRANTY:

Our jewellery is backed by a life-time warranty from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is mandatory when returning items for replacement as well as proof of issues or faulty products.

REPAIRS:

At The Family Jewels, we are dedicated to ensuring your pieces stand the test of time. If you discover a manufacturing fault anytime after your purchase, we will repair the item at no cost under our warranty policy.

To initiate a repair, please email "support@familyjewels.boutique" with clear images of the fault, a detailed description, and information about how the item has been cared for, along with your proof of purchase. Our dedicated care team will promptly review your request and get in touch with you.

Please note that general wear and tear, tarnishing, and items that are bent or out of shape due to regular use are not considered manufacturing faults.

GOLD PLATED:

All earrings, necklaces and bracelet are plated in 2.0 micron 18k gold with anti-tarnish galavanic coating for extra strength. Rings are plated in 3.0 micron 18k gold also with anti-tarnish galvanic coating for extra protection due to rings receiving heavier wear.

Microns refers to the thickness of the gold layer coating the jewellery. Higher microns result in a thicker, hardier and more resilient plating.

All The Family Jewels gold plated jewellery has a 925 sterling silver base.
