Is custom Jewellery more expensive than a ready-made piece of Jewellery?  
It depends on your desired design features and materials.

Will my Gold Vermeil wear over time?
Yes it will.  The longevity of your 18 carat gold vermeil Jewellery will highly depend on how well you care for your jewels ~ please see “care for your Jewels”.  It will keep great condition for years if you look after it.  If you want the gold color to last forever, chat to us about doing your desired piece in solid gold.  We cam make all of our pieces in solid gold as a custom order.

How long will my order take to arrive if it’s not available in stock but made to order?
It will take approx 20 days.

Is your Jewellery range ethically created?  
Yes it is.  Our creations are designed and made in ethical working conditions by a Balinese Family Business where there is no child labor or large production lines.

Is your shipping company safe?  
Yes they are.  We use track and trace also.

Where are you based?  
We are in Bali, Indonesia.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do.

Do you have contact with The Bali Mother and Baby-house regularly?  
Yes we do.  The kids come to our own personal house often and we spend time at theirs.

Are the materials you use – Silver, Gold & Stones good quality?
Yes they are.  We use Premium Grade 925 Sterling Silver as well as 14 and 18 Carat Solid Golds.  Our stones are semi precious and precious stones sourced from local markets and suppliers.
