We pride ourselves on only selling true to image products.   However, if you believe your product is faulty, you have received a different item to the one you ordered, or you feel an exchange is justified, please send images and details to:

Please check your chosen products thoroughly for Materials, Stones and Sizing before you checkout as we are not responsible for mistakes made in this process.
