How long does international postage take?
All packages are sent using Office Post Indonesia. We use Express Postage with track and trace which takes approximately 5-8 business days. However, if you have been informed your piece is out of stock and will be made to order, please allow up to an extra 20 days for processing.
If you place an order during the weekend or a public holiday, we will process your order on the next business day. Please ensure that you will be home to receive your purchase as signatures are required for all packages. We recommend using a work address if possible.
What about import duties and taxes?
International packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The Family Jewels will not be held liable for any fees, duties, and taxes that may be applied to your order by customs in your country. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding taxes and duties applicable in your own country.
Delays are due to the shipping carriers. The Family Jewels are not responsible for postage delays and cannot guarantee delivery times. Cancellations are not permitted for orders that arrive later than expected. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail – please take note of your receipt number for tracking.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, The Family Jewels will either replace or refund the item. However, if the item can be traced to have arrived at its final destination, The Family Jewels are not liable.
